Part of Networking with National Ministries is to assist them with their leadership training. One of the greatest needs in the church today is trained leadership. In partnership with Vision International Education network we work with local churches to establish Schools of Ministry for leadership training. These schools have an emphasis on leadership, missions and church planting. We help the national ministries to motivate the graduates to start church planting movements in unreached and under-evangelized areas of their nations. More that 100 Schools of Ministry have been established in Africa alone.
